Shelby owned by Tonia Holibaugh and bred by Rose Ann Hayes of Issanne Maltese, was the very first girl at Rhapsody. She was the second champion to finish. She is a 5 pound girl with a baby doll face and tons of personality. She is now being spoiled by Michelle and Stephen Butler in her new retirement home.
